Terms of Use
These terms apply to the AeroCheck app for iPhone and iPad, created by Florian Mari. By using the app you agree to them.
For enthusiasts, not for operations
AeroCheck shows flight information for curiosity and entertainment. It must not be used for navigation, flight planning, air traffic control, safety-of-life decisions or any operational purpose.
Data comes from third parties
Positions, routes, schedules, aircraft details and photos come from public networks and third-party providers (adsb.lol, adsb.fi, OpenSky Network, adsbdb, AeroDataBox, planespotters.net, OurAirports). They can be late, incomplete or wrong. AeroCheck does not verify them and gives no guarantee of accuracy or availability.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Florian Mari is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use or from reliance on the information it shows.
Acceptable use
Use the app through its normal interface. Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or otherwise abuse the AeroCheck service or the providers behind it. Access may be limited or withdrawn for abuse.
Availability
The service may change, pause or stop at any time, for example when a data provider changes its terms.

How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating this page.
